HAY Day is Coming!
Our 5th Annual HAY Day is happening October 24 11:00am-2:00pm, and we’re making this year bigger and better than ever!
HAY Day is one of our favorite community events of the year—a fun, family-friendly event where we get to welcome our neighbors, build relationships, and create a place where everyone feels at home.
This year, we’re hoping to see even more of our community join us, and we need your help to make it happen!
Want to Be Part of HAY Day?
There are several ways you can jump in:
Host a Trunk-or-Treat
Decorate your car, fill your trunk with candy or small prizes, and help create a fun stop for kids and families! This is a great opportunity to get creative and connect with people in our community.
Volunteer at the Event
There are plenty of ways to serve before, during, and after HAY Day. Whether you can help set up, welcome guests, hand out candy, keep things running smoothly, or simply spend the evening connecting with people, there is a place for you!
Donate Candy & Small Prizes
Help us make sure we have plenty of treats and prizes for all the kids who attend.
Help Us Stay Warm!
October can be chilly! We’re looking for propane patio heaters and outdoor fire pits that we can safely use in the parking lot to help keep everyone warm.
Loan Us a Pop-Up Tent
If you have a pop-up tent we could borrow in case of rain, we’d love to use it! Please make sure your tent is clearly labeled with your name before dropping it off.
Let’s Make HAY Day Bigger Than Ever!
Our hope is that HAY Day would be more than just an event. It’s an opportunity to love our community, meet new people, build relationships, and show our neighbors that they have a place here.
Whether you decorate a trunk, donate candy, lend a tent, volunteer for a few hours, or simply invite your neighbors to come, you can be part of making HAY Day an incredible night for our community.

KIDS BAPTISM
Has your child expressed an interest in being baptized? Then we would love to have you and your child meet with Miss Shannen for a minimum of 2 sessions!
During Baptism sessions your child will learn about God's plan of salvation through Jesus, what Baptism is and why Jesus commands his followers to be baptized. For more info, please contact: shannen.arndt@crcc.com
We recommend that your child should be 8+ and able to read and write on their own.

Sunday morning program
Stop by the check in desk to sign in your children before dropping them off at their classroom. You will pick them up at the same classroom at the end of service. Children may join parents in the main sanctuary during worship service.
1st SERVICE 9:00AM
During the first service children enjoy a traditional Sunday School format. Once they enter their classroom, they will dive into Gods word for a bible lesson + activities. Our current curriculum is
"My Answers" by Answers in Genesis.
2nd SERVICE 10:30AM
During the second service we do a kids church format. After they start in their classrooms, they meet together for a small group time. We are currently using Grow Curriculum.
